Create A Century Old Dairy Enterprise And Concentrate On Scientific Innovation
Desalted whey powder is the main raw material of infant formula milk powder, used by domestic infant formula milk powder enterprises, which mainly relies on import, especially the supply of desalted whey raw material in the production of sheep/goat infant formula milk powder. After three years of sheep whey desalination research and development, Yeeper dairy has mastered the core technology, solved the problems of flavor, protein denaturation and desalination rate, and finally formed a stable and original process, which provided support for the development of new products, promoted the development and progress of dairy industry and food industry, and enhanced the core strength of domestic dairy production enterprises in competition with foreign ones. Currently, a series of products has been successfully developed including sheep/goat infant formula milk powder, desalted whey sheep/goat milk powder and high oil desalted sheep/goat whey milk powder, etc.
In the scientific innovation center, there are joint laboratories of state key laboratories, expert research workstations, CNAS certified laboratories and nearly 100 scientific experts who devote themselves to research. Enterprise expert workstation was set up here by employing many experts to settle in, strategic cooperation in food nutrition and safety field was established with Northeast Agricultural University, Tianjin University of Science and Technology, and state key laboratory of food nutrition and safety-application and development joint laboratory also was set up.
